What's provided at Trosgol Fach

Both Trosgol Fawr and Trosgol Fach are perfect as a base for a holiday or short break in beautiful Snowdonia. They're situated on a hillside, with views of mountains on three sides (including Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and England) and the Menai Straits and Anglesey on the fourth. The properties are surrounded by fields. There's a large, fully enclosed garden - safe for children and dogs.

Both properties have free WiFi access, satellite TV, DVD, and are well-furnished with well-equipped kitchens. We welcome dogs.

We're above Deiniolen, opposite Elidir Fawr - the Electric Mountain. We're 10 minutes from Llanberis (to set off for the Snowdon railway or to walk up our highest mountain), 10 minutes from historic Caernarfon with its famous castle, 10 minutes from Bangor for shopping and 10 minutes from the A55 North Wales expressway with fast links to the M6 motorway.

There are many places to visit in the area; Snowdon and the mountain walks of the area are always popular. The historic castles at Caernarfon, Conwy and Beaumaris are all worth a visit, as are the nearby famous Welsh narrow gauge steam railways. Also available locally are riding, mountain biking, golf, fishing, climbing, diving, bird watching and lovely beaches. We provide information on local visitor attractions and eating places.
