About Trosgol Fawr

Trosgol Fawr has three large bedrooms which can sleep 6-10 people. In addition, we provide a cot and high chair. We can take up to two dogs (or other pets). The property works best with a maximum of six adults plus children, but we are happy to discuss more adults in a party.

Ground floor accommodation:

• Brand-new kitchen
• Bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, toilet and basin
• 1 twin bedroom plus 2 single beds - perfect for kids

First floor accommodation:

• 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin
• 1 king-size double plus 2 single beds

Other facilities:

Oil central heating, all fuel and power included May-September, £30 supplement (October-April), cot, TV, DVD player, free wireless internet available, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bed linen included in rent (but towels not provided), secure garden -mainly lawns, climbing frame for the children, garden furniture, patio for BBQs, ample off road parking.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

The property is rated 4-star by Visit Wales.

Paul and Christine Dicken, the owners of Trosgol, live in the old part of the house which is quite separate from the guest accommodation. The guest accommodation has its own approach, entrance and garden and is entirely self-contained.

A security deposit of £100 will be required on arrival which will be returned at the end of the stay providing there has been no damage and the property is returned in the same condition as when the rental started.
